-Recommend written employee illness policy. -Facility has a bodily fluid clean up kit. I will also provide Norovirus clean up -Sandwiches were above 41F. The staff are tracking the temperature when they leave lagondola. When you arrive to the concession stand, the temperature of the sandwiches should be taken with a probe thermometer. -Ensure paper towels are provided to the back handsink. |
